01The service

Emojim uses AI to create personal sticker packs from the photos you upload. Because the stickers are generated by AI, they may not always look exactly like you and may contain unexpected or incorrect results. We don't guarantee any particular result.

02Who can use Emojim

You must be at least 13 years old to use Emojim. If you're under 18, you must use it with your parent or guardian's permission.

03Photos you upload

You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have clearly given you permission. You may upload a child's photo only as their parent or guardian. You are responsible for making sure your photos comply with these terms and the law.

Your photos belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to draw your stickers, in the way and for the time described in our Privacy Policy.

04Unacceptable use

You may not use Emojim to harass, demean, deceive or impersonate others; to create hateful, violent or sexual content; to infringe anyone's personality, privacy or intellectual property rights; or for any unlawful purpose.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, overload it with automated tools or get around its usage limits.

05Your stickers

You may use the stickers you create freely in your personal chats and posts. Emojim claims no rights over your stickers. If you use them commercially, you are responsible for complying with the law and respecting the rights of others.

06Team bonus

The fan sticker uses only your team's colours; club crests and logos are not drawn. Emojim is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league or federation.

07Third-party services

WhatsApp, iMessage and the App Store are subject to their own companies' terms. When you download the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting the app.

08Fees

If Emojim offers paid features in the future, the price will be clearly shown in the app before you buy, and payment will be taken by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

09Changes to the service

We may change, pause or discontinue features to improve the service. We may restrict access for use that breaks these terms.

10Liability

Emojim is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.
